My brother went to Wales to buy a Honda Civic (I know nothing about cars but I’m led to believe it was a super-sporty number) and paid ĂÂŁ12,000 in cash for it. Only to discover when he got it home (after it breaking down on the way back to Scotland) that it was in fact a wreck that had been moulded back together, something of the Frankenstein’s monster of cars. Whoops. After much wrangling, he has a refund and is seeking a new motor.
