House warming party. I’m worrying about the music – wanting to set the right tone and all that… Louise is being suprisingly laid back about the whole thing. But I’m guessing she’ll kick into overdrive on Saturday morning and no doubt will be up at the crack of dawn!

Taking a holiday on Friday and probably won’t touch the PC all weekend, so have a good one people – remember, you’ve only got one life, so this weekend, why not get up and DO SomeTHiNG. I haven’t said that for ages 😉

You work to live, not live for work. This can be construed the wrong way, and frequently is abused. Also, for many, many people, if they are not happy at their work, they aren’t happy anywhere else. Job satisfaction is a rare thing, but is achievable, and helps push companies to new heights – presuming it is given the chance to develop and contribute.

House-warming party on Saturday night. Spent stupid amount on food last night, and will have to go back for more. Still to buy booze. Still to finish wiring the stereo, still to finish… ERK! It’s Wednesday already!!!!

Monday, monday, so good to meee…

Knackered. Good mix at weekend, lots of hard work on house and garden, and lots of beer. Early to bed tonight to recover though.

Sun is out, and sitting here at my desk is a chore (although that doesn’t really have anything to do with the sun…), such is life at the moment. Really weird mix of ups and downs. Work is down, home life (and social life) is up. And still to shift to new ISP…

Busy. House is busy, but getting there. Work is busy, but not getting there 😉

Loads going on, and it seems I’ve found a life away from the PC. Maybe it’s just one of those temporary blips, or maybe it’s the beginning of a longer realization that I should read more, do more etc etc. Don’t worry though I’ll keep you all up to date… ehhh hang on… something not right there…

“Get me one of those variegated cakes…”

My Mum is old and her ‘senior moments’ are becoming more frequent. Time to start logging a few for prosperity I think (although she will never beat another senior we know – she was confused a few years back about those ‘pubic cubes’ everyone was raving about… LOL)
