So, we had a weird weekend. Things didn’t pan out as we thought they would. Nothing too mysterious just a recurrance of THAT thing. All back to normal now. Well as normal as it gets.
Thankfully Brazil won the World Cup. I don’t think I could’ve stomached it if Germany had won, nothing against Germany but it would’ve meant enduring more talk of when England beat Germany 5-1. It was bad enough that John Motson managed to work a mention of 1966 and Geoff Hurst into the commentary during the game, just when I thought it was safe as well, he waited until the 85th minute.. sneaky..
