Happy St.David’s Day everyone (well everyone in Wales…)
1. What’s your favorite vacation spot?
Having not been away too often, I would have to say that Nerja, in South of Spain would be mine. It was our honeymoon location, and has a whole host of special memories that won’t be captured anywhere else. Would love to go back to Brittany as well.
2. Where do you consider to be the biggest hell-hole on earth?
Are you allowed to nominate your home town? If it’s places I’ve travelled to, I would probably include Norwich – hotel was lovely, rest of the place was awful.
3. What would be your dream vacation?
Hot, tropical waterfalls. Plenty to see and do, first class service, and longer than the typical 2 weeks. Would include 2 week stopoff in Hong Kong. In fact would probably be a round the world type of thing, Far East, Australia, New Zealand, Rio de Janeiro, San Francisco, Las Vegas, New York, Washington, then a a few months travelling round Europe in an open top car.
4. If you could go on a road-trip with anyone, who would it be and why?
Martin Luther King Jr, Alfred Hitchcock, Freddie Mercury.
5. What are your plans for this weekend?
Saturday – shopping to buy compost for garden, ‘stylish’ mousemat for Louise, possibly new jacket for me.
Sunday – visiting family. My parents in the morning/early afternoon for lunch and lounging around reading the papers and catching the Grand Prix (first of season!!). Dinner at the in-laws. They’ve been away to their flat in Spain for two weeks, so will be a whole family affair no doubt.
