Oops forgot to ask….
As I’m working at home, I have the pleasure of cooking dinner for tonight, but I need your help (could you come round and do the dishes afterwards? kidding!).
We have some very nice pork fillets in the fridge and I need a good recipe for them. They will be served with potatoes and veg (which will be steamed), and we have a good stock cupboard of spices, sauces and the like.
What say you? I don’t mind cutting them up, or spending time creating a sauce (my usual is honey and mustard but want a change!), but the web isn’t inspiring me.
