And all of a sudden it’s Friday.
Been a weird week. Lots happened on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Things started to slow on Thursday and they are positively snail like today. Still it’s nice to wind down for the weekend, although aside from a spot of gardening (how convenient that the Euro2004 games don’t kick off until 5pm) we don’t have much planned.
Other thoughts have been prompted by this wonderful picture, namely: Why Lomo?
Granted my photography aspirations are only slightly above ‘snapshot’ level, and if I had the energy or inclination I’d like to learn more and improve my skills, but … well I just don’t ‘get’ the fascination photographers have with these wee cameras. Of course that’s maybe the problem. Without an understanding of photography I struggle to understand the appeal.
Can anyone explain it?
