Job applicants ‘quiet’ on mental problems. I’m obviously not going to go into this too deeply as I’m not ‘out’ at work, but interesting reading although the statistics do seem to lean towards the ‘heavier’ side of mental illness – manic depression and schizophrenia. I’m not sure what it is about this article that doesn’t sit right, apart from my differing perspective. Maybe it’s the borrowing of the ‘out’ issue, maybe I’m just not prepared for being come out to.
