Bad Driving
My name is Gordon. I break the speed limit.

I’m not proud of it, I know why I do it, and I don’t do it all the time, in fact mainly on motorways. However I totally agree with the sentiment expressed here about inconsiderate drivers.

Like most drivers (male drivers?) I think I’m a good driver. One thing I know I could improve is my on-road consideration. One thing that definitely doesn’t need improving is my surburan/parking consideration. Having lived just off a main road for a couple of years, in a private road that had a newly built Co-op built next to it, I know ALL too well how inconsiderate people can be, all the way to having a few copies of “This is a PRIVATE ROAD, please DO NOT PARK HERE IF YOU ARE NOT A TENANT” printed and waiting to be fixed under windscreen wipers. I feel the same about those people who can’t walk 5 minutes to the nearest car park and insist on blocking main roads as they “just nip to the shop”. Ohh and while I’m ranting – taxi drivers.

Would it be so hard, dear taxi driver, to park your car, exit said vehicle, and walk up to the door and knock? Rather than (illegally) toot your horn 3 times at 1 a.m.?!

And breeeeeeeathee….
