There is no spoon

hydragenic We don’t know where the web is going. We trust that it is moving in the right direction, but could it be possible that, with every word that we write, we’re actually sowing the seeds of our own destruction?

Indeed, but it’s inherently obvious that we can’t figure out where the web is going because no-one knows. An obvious statement yes, but considering that it is subject to the whims of the masses it could just as easily become a ‘fashion’ of the past, and resigned to ‘useful library’ status. Who knows! (But if the future is matrix like, I can’t wait to do some ‘bullet-time’ karate!)
