I’ve had a running list of apps that I’ve used on my various Macs over the years, I’ve mostly just copied and pasted the post and updated things as and when I change my ‘system’ (god I hate that term). Then I stumbled upon this App Defaults post and thought it would be a good format moving forward (you can see lots more of these posts here).

- Journaling: Apple Journal (still migrating from Day One)
- Writing: Ulysses for blog posts and the novel I’m still writing
