Share a song that perfectly soundtracks your commute.
Back when I did have a commute I often found songs would appear on my playlist that would somehow turn my everyday journey to something cinematic. Heartbeats by Jose Gonzalez would be one of those tracks. The gentle acoustic guitar, the haunting quality of the plucked strings, all through the usual scottish drizzle as the soft puddles reflected brake lights.
The lyrics aren’t all that relevant, but isn’t it more fun to be lost in the midst of an artily shot movie scene than on the way to work? If only it were so.
