The story of the wedding

OK, I don’t want to go into too much detail so forgive me if it’s a little cryptic.

The day went well, the sun shone for the photos, the meal was lovely, the speeches long. At some point before the reception started, word got to the groom that someone had been speaking ill of his father (who passed a few years ago). Tempers flared, blood was spilt, and the police were called. A sad end to the day. Louise is a bit shaken but fine, and I got away with only a little blood on my shirt after dragging the groom outside to calm down. Thankfully bride and groom got back to the hotel around 2:30 a.m.

So, how was your weekend?
