Damn that was easy. A quick phone call, et voila! We have a house!
3 bed, semi-detached, with huge loft (which I am already eyeing for a conversion… quiet cul-de-sac, on the corner with a fair bit of land to the side (eyeing that for a possible extension!). Needs some TLC but we would be bored if it was perfect and we couldn’t do anything with it…
Work is slowly improving but still there is the feeling of the calm before the storm… however if a few things work out then all will be rosy.
