I have a slight bee in my bonnet about bad communication. In our Information Age I can find out most things almost instantly these days (e.g. the origin of having a bee in your bonnet), yet within the walls of our office you hear a lot of things via the grapevine rather than through a formal source:

“We believe the findings have significant implications for how companies should view and address the culture of sharing in the workplace.”

Knowledge isn’t power, says Xerox. But which are you? A hoarder or a sharer?
