What’s Next?

The refrain commonly heard in The West Wing has always sat well with me, always seemed like a good way to focus on what’s ahead.

Of course that’s not always the best thing, ignoring your past means you don’t learn from mistakes, don’t find ways to grow, and likely lose out on more opportunities for a better future version of yourself.

But that focus on what’s next, on moving, has helped me through some dark times, some difficult moments.
