I wish I could be there for this year’s ceremony, but I’m afraid I will miss all the glitz and glamour that surrounds the 2002 Ig Nobel Prize. The ceremony itself is on Thursday evening, October 3 at Sanders Theatre, Harvard University. I’m sure it will be yet another marvellous occasion, and I just hope that this year’s winners will maintain the high level set in past years.
