I fully expect to be aching by the end of the weekend. Beer tonight (hey it’s Friday you know…), then helping friends move into their new flat. Probably more beer, then a very quiet day on Sunday which will no doubt turn into an Xmas shopping day. I’m almost looking forward to Monday already!
I’m currently becoming quite apathetic towards many things, anything involving pressure that is… I’m seriously considering the Ostrich approach, and if I decide to take that route, I will make sure everyone knows it! (You and I both know that I won’t but it’s a nice thought isn’t… just bury your head in the sand whilst the bombs go off overhead… ahhh bliss….).
Anyway, leaping back to reality… pressure at work will be.. icky.. next week. So I apologies for anything I say here, I fully expect to be venting my stress and frustration on you dear reader – apologies in advance.

A few nice suprises yesterday, one of which wasn’t when my PalmPilot (III) started looking ill. Screen had gone all broken up… strange. Checked out Palm Support, newsgroups, everywhere I could. Ended up hard resetting and losing a lot of stuff. Which brings me round to my point. Planning. I’m terrible at this sort of thing. I’m always too optimistic, which is odd because I don’t consider it my nature.
Also at a reasonably critical juncture career-wise. Need to clear out a few things (for want of a better term). Who knows, they may take care of themselves. Either way it will mean changes. Change which is good. Change away from the familiar, so I will have to start learning again. Could be fun. Better be rewarding!

Tonight, tonight (damn Phil Collins again…or was it Genesis, and why am I getting such a sense of deja wotsit as I type this?).
Gonna tidy up the re-design – it’s gone through 3 or 4 iterations, and is almost there. Just need to make it a better cleaner, and double-check all the styles and links work. On past history I’ll say it’ll be posted on Saturday…which one though!! Ohh how witty am I….
Ohhh and I have a little update for Instant Ideas. A site which still gets about 50 – 100 hits a week. A site which gets updated every… oh… 3 months? Go figure…

So it’s late and I’m still sitting here at the computer. Again.
There must be more to life, and even as I type this I realise that there is. I’m just too damn lazy to get off my ass and do it. I also hate the way I so easily typed ass, an American word… I much prefer arse, but it seems that the great ole U.S of A is seeping into my pores. I can’t wait for an proper International community, which should start to evolve over the next couple of years. I know there are a lot of ‘communities’ on the web. Friends of friends etc, but it’s gonna get bigger than that. Or it won’t.
