Bits and bobs

Well I made it to the gym for the first time in about a week and a half. I’m knackered. After five days of irregular sleep patterns, getting up at 6:15 a.m. this morning was a bit of a shock to the system, but worthwhile. The session was hard, but it felt good to be exercising. It’s been a long time since I had that feeling.

Redesign?
Been toying with a redesign for here, I think I’ll call the condition ‘Carey-itis‘ 😉

However after several, long protracted redesigns I’m not gonna waffle on about it, I’ll try not to mention it at all until it’s done.

Advert Music
In an effort to, for a change, give you something useful, I offer up Commercial Breaks and Beats.
Ever watched an advert on TV and thought, dang what’s that track? Ohhh I want that… Well now (dearest UK reader) you can find out! Has already saved me two sleepless nights, and won me one argument. Yay!

For a more US centric outlook try Music from TV Commercials.

Lennox Lewis
According to his trainer: “People will now realise that Lennox is the best heavyweight since Muhammad Ali”. Praise indeed, and I must admit it was good to see the myth of Mike Tyson pummelled, jabbed, bruised, bloodied and beaten, and left out for the count on the canvas. Well done Lennox Lewis!
