Grrrrrrrr

You know, flooring the throttle and pulling out across me two lanes in front of me is scary enough. More so when it’s a minibus full of kids. Don’t make things worse by tailgating me to the end of the road. Asshole. Shouldn’t there be speed/acceleration limiters on minibuses?

Anyway…

Friday Five
1. What is your favorite restaurant and why?
Hmmmm probably Cafe Mao. Food was excellent but more because of the night it fell into to.

2. What fast food restaurant are you partial to?
None/Any. Fast food is a convenience so the taste is a secondary consideration – obviously or I wouldn’t be eating fast food!

3. What are your standards and rules for tipping?
Depends on the service and standards of the restaurant. We don’t have the social expectation that a tip will always be left, unlike America. Typically 10% of the bill or so, but that’s only a rough guideline. I HAVE left without tipping a couple of times but as I was leaving midway through the main course I thought that’d be OK.

4. Do you usually order an appetizer and/or dessert?
Depends when we are eating, if it’s an occasion meal, then usually both. A casual dinner, usually a starter. A pig out dinner both twice!!

5. What do you usually order to drink at a restaurant?
If I’m not driving, wine or beer, depends on the food. Ohh and MUST have cold non-sparkling water. If I’m driving Diet Pepsi.
