These are some serious times we are living, And a new world order is about to begin.
Are you ready for the real revolution, which is the evolution of the mind?
If you seek, then you shall find that we all come from the divine.
If you take heed to the words of wisdom that are written on the walls of life,
Then universally we shall stand, and divide we will fall, cos love conquers all.
This is a call to all you sleeping souls, wake up and take control of your own cypher.
And be on the lookout for the spirit snipe, trying to steal your light.
Look whats inside yourself for peace.
Give thanks, live life, and release.

Public Enemy – He Got Game

I knew that Carey’s recent thoughts had already been going around in my head.

I can sympathise with his current thoughts entirely, and I’ve been struggling for a way to pinpoint how I cope with what are very similar feelings and thoughts in my own head – apathy? Not the answer for anything, but as with most things in life, a small dose is probably healthy. Balance CAN be achieved friend, I’ve been down that road too.

bookmark_borderGood Morning

Looks like I’ll be taking the car to work more often as Louise can now get a lift with a work colleague who lives close by. Suits me fine, as I hate the constraint of having to get specific trains. Less environmentally friendly, probably, but it will save me money, and yes I am that selfish (if it’s any consolation I’ll likely be giving one or two people a lift every day as well).

Anyway I was up early so took the car today, beautiful, still, clear and peaceful morning.

The car park is across the river, so each day I will walk across Oswald Street bridge, and if it’s the same as this morning, that’s fine with me. It was like walking across a slightly fluid mirror, with the Renfrew Ferry and the Waverley sitting on the surface, their reflections shimmering gently before being broken by the soft ripples of two passing ducks.

Once upon a time there was a couple who thought they’d try some red wine. They browsed the shelves and picked out a wine from California, a Cabernet Sauvignon – labelled “Walker’s Pass”. They purchased some other goods and went home. Once home they put away their shopping and opened the wine. After a couple of hours they had a glass.

Pure heaven. Fruity, no tannins, FAR too drinkable. Delicious.

They promptly finished the bottle and on the next trip to the shop bought three.

Several months later and the shop in question doesn’t stock the wine any more. The assistant isn’t sure why. So the couple try another shop, and another, and another, they search the internet. They search in vain. WHY are the Gods punishing us so?!! WHY!!!!!!

If anyone out there (UK preferably) knows where we can get hold of some of this nectar, please, for the love of all things good and alcoholic, contact me.

erich speaks his mind. I reply in short.

This is a very good reason to get a comments system going, or maybe I should just find a forum somewhere. It’s always good to hear the other side of a story, the alternate reasoning to your own thoughts, the black of your white.
